South Korean Unification Minister Kim Yeon Chul has said, we are aware of North Korean leader Kim Jong un's location, adding that he may be trying to avoid coronavirus. Chul said there were at least two instances since mid-January where Kim was out of sight for nearly 20 days. Earlier a south Korean government advise said Kim is in Wonsan area.
