China's Wuhan, where the coronavirus pandemic Began, has revised its death toll from 2579 to 3898, an increase of 50%. The city also revised up confirmed cases by 325 to 5033.
The Authorities attributed the revision to four reasons including unreported deaths at home in in the early stages of the outbreak, late /missed reporting from hospitals, incorrect registration of death certificates.
